[MOAB-dev] error when install moab on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64

This looks like an error due to incompatible static and dynamic builds for
dependencies. For your static builds, use - -with-pic or CXXFLAGS="-fPIC
-DPIC". Reconfigure CGM and install first. Then try moab build again. Let
us know if there are still problems.
