[MOAB-dev] possible bug in WriteHDF5Parallel.cpp

Hi,

Is the test_write_different_tags test in parallel_hdf5_test.cc valid for any
number of MPI processes?  I find that up to 9 processes the test passes,
then for 10 processes and up I get a failure like:

The failure appears to be in the read step.
