[MOAB-dev] keeping time in h5m file

any tag defined on some set will be saved (even if it is defined on the root set)
(the tag name has to start with letters, if it starts with "__" (double underscore) it will not be saved

Is there a place in h5m file where i can store one double variable, e.g. time value to use the file for restart?
