[MOAB-dev] missing global ids for cubit 14.1 model

Hi Anton,
Yes, indeed, some geometry sets are missing ids.
I will investigate; I will log a ticket.
How is the file created, is something special about it?

 Thanks for advise, i've built the latest version in my home dir and it
worked as well as on my pc
There's something strange still happening while getting global_ids from
Cubit surfaces
Please do mbconvert to .h5m with attached .cub file, and then check
global_ids of surface mbentitysets with mbsize - part of them (5-9) got the
proper ids and the others got zeroes
