 It's not about periodical mesh  

 Let's say i have a tube with IN surface and OUT surface. I need the
data from OUT go to IN (and vice versa)  pretty much like a ghosting
between neighbouring processors, but in this case they are not
neighbours

 What can be the way of implementing periodical boundary conditions
using MOAB?  

 As i can see, i need to make a connectivity table for opposing
entities of e.g. inlet/outlet (which generally are on different
partitions)
