[MOAB-dev] mbconvert doesn't capture the id tag for geomertry sets (Cubit 14.1)

it seems to be a problem with moab version downloaded from bitbucket
the current master works fine for me with this file

It dous for blocks, sidesets and nodestes but it doesn't for Volumes, Surfaces etc.
