[MOAB-dev] Using MOAB linked to Nek5000

If you use --with-zoltan=, you'll also likely need --with-metis=.  Still, there's also a problem with HDF5, so we need 
to see config.log.  My guess is that your HDF5 isn't compiled with parallel support, you might want to check that first.
