[MOAB-dev] PSTATUS flags for shared entities from parallel mesher

Hi, all

I generate shared and multi-shared mesh entities by parallel mesher and they have PSTATUS_SHARED or PSTATUS_MULTISHARED status.

In addition, do I have to assign PSTATUS_INTERFACE status for all of them and PSTATUS_NOT_OWNED for some of them (local but remotely owned entities)?
