[MOAB-dev] make check errors

Hello,
I have an error I do not understand.
The static parallel MOAB build, based on cgm-occ works fine, make check passes

The shared parallel MOAB build, based on cubit 12.2 builds fine, but most of the checks fail, with the message like this

FAIL: testc_cbind (exit: 1)

Attempting to use an MPI routine before initializing MPICH


I did a 'make distclean' and rebuilt everything, but the same error, on the shared build.

My config.log is attached, just in case.

Any suggestions?
