[MOAB-dev] MOAB 4.0.1RC2 released

I've uploaded the release tarball for MOAB 4.0.1RC2:

This fixes a build issue with parallel MOAB. Also note, I decided to
change the versioning in configure.ac to just "4.0.1" since the final
release candidate should be identical to the actual release (otherwise,
it wouldn't be a release candidate, would it?).
