[MOAB-dev] cgm2moab disappearing soon

This has been discussed before, but here's a last warning...

Early next week, I will be removing from the DagMC command-line tool cgm2moab from MOAB.  A new tool called dagmc_preproc will replace cgm2moab.  The old tool's features will exist in the new tool, but the command-line interface will be slightly different, which means that scripts using cgm2moab may need to be modified.

If this change will cause you grief, please let me know soon.
