[MOAB-dev] Mistake in parallel/uber_parallel_test.cpp?

I noticed in this parallel test file that the tests commented as using  
bcast_delete in the options are actually using READ_DELETE.

I'm not sure if this is an error but it appears to be.  Does  
bcast_delete work?
