[MOAB-dev] Problem with MPI-based MOAB build

All right, time to stop working so late.  Clean checkout works, serial 
and parallel.  I swear I did make distclean's everywhere, but go figure. 
  If you see a bunch of undefined references for MBParallelComm 
functions, try making a clean build.
