[MOAB-dev] Missing headers after "make install"

Hi,

I realized that MBProcConfig.hpp includes "types.h", "errmem.h", and 
"crystal.h", nevertheless, those C headers are not installed by "make 
install" into prescribed prefix location.

I expect those header are installed into the same include path as 
MBProcConfig.hpp.
