[Minotaur] Minotaur version 0.2 now available

Dear all

A new version, 0.2, of Minotaur is now available on the Minotaur website.

The new version includes a 'qg' an implementation of Quesada-Grossmann LP/NLP
based solver for convex MINLPs and 'glob' an experimental global optimization
solver for global optimization. Existing solvers 'bnb' and 'qpd' have been
improved upon. There are several bug fixes, new branching routines, new
presolve routines and updated interfaces to other solvers for solving
subproblems.
