[mct-ann] Swift/NCL version of Ocean Model diagnostics released

Hello,

The ParVis team has recently done a lot of work on the CESM Ocean Model 
Working Group diagnostics package.  We both converted all the 
analysis/graphics to NCL and added task-parallelism with Swift.

This version is now available through the CESM release repository!
