[mct-ann] MCT 2.0.1 released

MCT 2.0.1 is now available on the website:  www.mcs.anl.gov/mct


2.0.1 follows closely after 2.0.0 and fixes a couple of minor bugs.  See
the Changelog on the website for more information.
