[AG-TECH] problems with new 2.2 PIG and service manager

We have a new fresh PIG install of the AG2.2 toolkit, and when I try to
set the node URL, i get an error that the URL is invalid. Bringing up
the venue client in debug mode, it errors with an 'Invalid Service
Manager URL. Below is the output. Currently the attached debug output
states https://localhost:11000/ServiceManager but origionally had the
machine IP as the URL which outputs the same error.
