[AG-TECH] can't connect to venue

Rajpal,

What venue server (URL) are you trying to connect to?
Have you looked in the VenueClient.log?  C:\Documents and 
settings\<user>\ApplicationData\AccessGrid\Logs  or ~/.AccessGrid/Logs

Please provide more infomation.
