[AG-TECH] Problems with 2.2 on RedHat

Okay, I can't figure this out...

I've got 2.2 running and I can start AGNodeService, AGServiceManager, and even the VenueClient.  I can also connect to any Venue just fine.  However, when I start NodeSetupWizard, I get the following...
