itaps-parallel VisIt trun installed on itaps machine

Hi All,

I've installed the current VisIt trunk on the itaps machine in

/usr/local/itaps/visit/install

Currently, it is using the ITAPS plugin and implementation as they
existed about 1 year ago. I'll be updating that though, first to the new
implementations and then improved plugin logic.
