itaps-parallel Modification to use case #3

Hi all,
   I went back to the Plimpton et. al paper describing their parallel contact algorithm, to make sure I was describing 
it correctly, and what do you know, I wasn't.  I've revised the use case description to better match their approach to 
the problem.  I also listed the reference used.
