itaps-parallel Phone conference III

We will have an ITAPS parallel interface phone conference on April 12 at
8:30am-10am PDT to discuss outstanding issues in iMeshP.   Many of these
issues were raised as questions by the Simmetrix team, which is implementing
the interface.  So I will let Mark Beall provide an agenda of issues in
priority order.
