itaps-parallel FMDB iMesh is updated on the mesh machine

Hi all,

I noticed one minor thing in iMesh and iMeshP. We remove
iMesh_getAdjEntities in iMesh.h file, but keep iMeshP_getAdjEntities in
iMeshP.h file. Is it necessary to remove iMeshP_getAdjEntities?

Did I miss any discussion that we have agreed to keep iMeshP_getAdjEntities?
