itaps-parallel ITAPS All Hands Meeting post-poned

Hi All,

I was originally hoping to have an all hands meeting at SC (Monday) for us 
all to touch base and to start to prepare for the review we will be having 
next spring.   Monday has turned out to have too many conflicts and the 
other days are significantly less convenient for most of the group.  I also 
talked with Bill Spotz and he confirmed that our review will likely not be 
until May.

For these reasons, I have decided to postpone the planned all-hands meeting 
until the CSE09 meeting in early March.  More of the team is planning to 
the attend the CSE09 meeting, and there are fewer opportunities for 
conflicts.  We will not wait until then to start planning for the 
review  -- in particular, I would still like to meet with PIs who will be 
at SC later in the week (e.g. on Tuesday) and will arrange for telecons 
with senior PIs to start planning.  The CSE09 meeting will be more of a 
dry-run than a planning meeting, with some opportunity for fine tuning 
before the actual review.

I apologize if this causes any inconvenience for folks.
