itaps-parallel Latest version of the slides

Hi All,

I have figured out some of the the firewall issues I was having with svn 
and have updated the repository with the version of the ppt slides (also 
in pdf format) from yesterday.  I will update with today's version 
tonight when I get home.   I believe I now have everything except:
  - an updated performance slide from Tim along with, if needed, updated 
SIDL example slides
  - Zoltan/MOAB performance
  - Mesh Adapt performance (if we want to highlight that)

The slides are in 
Presentations/ITAPS_Tutorial/ITAPS_SC08_Tutorial_Draft-09-15.{ppt,pdf}.  
The ppt file is 32M, the pdf is 8M.

Please take a look and let me know if you can think of anything I've 
missed or if you have corrections, please send me the new slide(s).   I 
sent yesterday's version off of our SC08 shepherd, but have not yet 
heard back from him other than an acknowledgment that he received the 
slides.  I plan to upload this to the SC web site on Friday afternoon 
around 2 pm pacific, so all changes will need to be in before then.
