itaps-parallel Telecon to discuss ITAPS tutorial

Hi All,

We need to schedule a telecon to discuss the ITAPS tutorial at SC08 
ASAP.  I met with Mark and Tim this morning, and next Friday, July 25 works 
for both of them, so I'd like to target that day.  Please send me your 
availability and I'll set up a time when the maximum number of folks can 
make it.

Topics of discussion:
   - Review of tutorial proposal
   - Review of the tutorial presentation from SciDAC 07 (I believe this is 
in the ITAPS respository in the Presentations/Tutorials subdirectory)
   - Identification of missing sections; plan to flesh them out
   - Hands on exercises
   - Goal of ITAPS software status - will require the whole team to participate
       - Parallel mesh implementations
       - iMesh updates
       - Tools that use iMesh and pMesh (mesquite, zoltan, etc)
       - Configure/build mechanisms
       - Compliance testing
       - web site update

We also will need a boot camp at the end of August/early September to pound 
on this prior to the deadline of mid-September.  I'd like to combine this 
with an all hands meeting to discuss the review we've been told is coming 
next spring - so please think about your availability in that time frame so 
we can discuss some dates.
