itaps-parallel Next Phone Conf

Mark:  We chose Wed. June 25 at noon PDT as the next phone conference time,
subject to your approval.  Let me know if this time works, or send me a list
of alternate times.

All:  For the next phone conference, please go through the parallel
interface, considering the implications of satisfying and not satisfying the
following requirements for part handles; we will make a decision at the next
phone conf.
  +  Part handles are globally unique (so that remote part handles make
sense and Zoltan doesn't go insane);
   +  Part handles allow identification (without communication or O(#parts)
storage) of what process the part lives on;
   +  Part handles can be created and returned by iMeshP_createPart without
communication;
   +  Part handles can be distinguished from entity set handles so that our
overloading of many iMesh functions works.
