Carl,

I agree with Mark, the draft reads very nicely, and his suggestions on
the tables and Section 5 are good ones.  Here are some other minor
suggestions.

If you want to reference Zoltan and load balancing in the rest of the
paper a little more, you could mention load balancing libraries in
addition to linear algebra libraries in the second paragraph of the
intro and as an additional high-level operation at the beginning of
Section 1.2.

There does not seem to be any reference to Figure 2C.  It could be
referenced at the end of Section 3.2.

There is a reference to Section 3.3.3 which does not exist.  It looks
like the sections might have been restructured, and the reference was
not updated.

There does not seem to be a reference to Table 6.  It could be
referenced at the end of Section 4.4.

There does not seem to be a reference to Table 12.  It could be
referenced in Section 4.7.

It looks like Sections 7 and 8 should be appendices.  Again, it looks
like the sections might have been restructured, and the labels were not
updated.
