itaps-parallel New outline for the iMesh paper

Here's my updated cut at a draft of the iMesh outline.  While this may 
not be quite the exactly right target audience for this email, it's good 
enough for now...

Mostly a change in emphasis, I think, with a swing towards explaining 
why design decisions were made and towards examples, with proportionally 
less info on interface details (though probably no fewer words on the 
latter...)
