itaps-parallel FMDB migration pseudo code

Dear All,

I have modified the document I sent last time with some simple
descriptions on the communications during FMDB mesh migration.
There are 6 steps in the migration algorithm, and 5 steps of them are
involved with communications between parts. Please refer to the attached
file for the descriptions.
