itaps-parallel Directory rearrangement on mesh?

Tim,

I see that you have made these directories.  I am not completely sure
what goes where.  iZoltan is a service, but where should Zoltan, siMPI,
ParMETIS3_1, and paraview-... go?  My guess would be that Zoltan, siMPI
and ParMETIS3_1 should go in services with iZoltan and paraview-...
should go in apps.
