itaps-parallel Printing the hands on directions

Hi All,

I've formatted the hands on directions that were in the Tutorial_Exercises 
directory as of about 9 pm pacific tonight.  I plan to print them first 
thing tomorrow morning (pacific).  If you need to update something, let me 
know ASAP.

Tim, do you have the directions for logging in using guest accounts 
ready?  If so, I can print them up and add them into the rest of the 
directions.  Otherwise, please plan to bring  about 30 copies.
