Thanks for the suggestions.  I made separate loops for exercises two and
three so that the loop structure would be clearer.  And I instructed
students to use iBase_ALL_TYPES in exercise 2; I had used it in the solution
as well.

My Hello/DOCUMENTS directory contains links to RPI's iMesh.h, iMeshP.h and
iBase.h files, as those are the ones used in building the examples and the
FMDB implementation.
