itaps-parallel Hello hands on

I would be more inclined to not given them any exercise until we have 
covered enough to the first parallel exercise. If we need to have an 
student exercise in the morning, I would be willing to move my ITAPS 
services presentation to the afternoon so the parallel background could 
be hit in the morning.
