itaps-parallel sample results from mesh adaptivity example

Hi all,

I have included sample results from mesh adaptivity example (both Alex and
Ting worked on it to get it working) that we intend to use in hands on
part of the SC tutorial. We are working on a brief description of the
example and will update as we finish it.

mesh_init.tif shows initial coarse mesh (with 4 parts).
mesh_out.tif shows after adaptation (before load-balance/re-partition).
mesh_out_lb.tif shows adapted mesh after re-partition.
