itaps-parallel Mesh machine turning off this wed

So, I'm not sure who's using the mesh machine right now, but I can't 
even get a login prompt.  That makes it kinda tough to install paraview, 
or do anything else there for that matter.  Note: you shouldn't be using 
this machine to test very large or memory-intensive jobs, since we 
wouldn't be running those kinds of jobs for the tutorial anyway.  It 
also makes it difficult for others trying to test their stuff.
