itaps-parallel ITAPS Phone Conference

Xiaolin:

This phone conference is for the subcommittee writing the first draft of the
parallel interface.  This subcommittee was selected at the bootcamp and
includes Carl, Karen, Vitus, Mark, Onkar, Ken, Lori and Tim.  Of course,
Ryan is welcome in the phone meeting, but he is not required to attend.
