 this error "darshan_library_warning: unable to create log file /home/haxxanasghar/darshan-logs/2021/7/15/haxxanas_MADbench2_id17444-17444_7-15-65476-1341319014666854881.darshan_partial."

  seems like a either a permissions problem or there directory structure doesn't exist. Are you sure this exists?

  ls -l /home/haxxanasghar/darshan-logs/2021/7/15

Maybe that will work out better when writing Darshan logs to an NFS mount.
