[Darshan-users] Darshan error

Hi,

I installed Darshan on a Ubuntu machine, configured with
./configure --with-mem-align=8 --with-log-path=/sandbox/darshan_logs
--with-jobid-env=PBS_JOBID --enable-group-readable-logs CC=mpicc
--prefix=/homes/fisaila/software/darshan

created the mpicc.darshan and the log directory with darshan-mk-log-dirs.pl.

When I run a basic MPI-IO program I get the following error and the
darshan log is not created:

darshan library warning: unable to open log file
/sandbox/darshan_logs/2013/12/16/fisaila_write_id30102_12-16-39920-10992848975456489369.darshan_partial:
File does not exist, error stack:
ADIO_RESOLVEFILETYPE_FNCALL(481): Invalid file name

Any idea where this can come from?
