Hi,
I want to run some experiments where the hardware prefetcher is turned 
off. Changing some BIOS settings allows the prefetcher to be disabled.
How would I go about doing this on cookie or some other machine in MCS?

I have no experience in changing the BIOS so any advice will be well 
received. Would systems be able to help me in this regard.

Do cookie users have any thoughts or concerns?
