[Cookie-users] CUDA 5.0

Simple tests with CUDA 5 seem to work fine (it's installed in /disks/soft/cuda-5.0). The .common.cshrc and .common.bashrc files in /disks/soft have been updated accordingly.

Let me know if you encounter any issues.
