[Cookie-users] Cookie unavailable

Hi everyone,

Cookie is not down, but I doubt you can tell the difference. We are  
letting it hang for a bit to see if it finishes doing what I told it  
to. When Systems people come back from lunch, if it hasn't unhung  
itself, we'll reboot it.

Sorry about that, but it was my turn to do this (can't have all of you  
have all the fun).
