[codes-ross-users] CODES install error

Hi Peixin,

Thanks for reporting the issue. I think the error you are seeing is because some of the tests are using DUMPI traces, the compute times for which can get corrupted (currently, we only focus on communication in our simulations, not the compute times). So I have updated the test programs to disregard the compute times.

Now this error does not show up on our test machines so it would be great if you could test and report back in case the problem persists.
