Hi all,

Just a heads up, we'll be changing the workload API soon. We wish to
enable the case of single simulations running multiple workloads
concurrently. To do so, we need to get away from the flat 0..N rank
namespace that is currently assumed by the API and its implementations and
introduce a namespace for applications with their own ranklists. So, a
participant in a given workload will now be identified by < app id, rank
id >, rather than just the rank id.
