The company maintaining OCC releases a variety of extra libraries for extra license fees, including ones for meshing, I
think. Also, those with maintenance contracts with them get every major release, instead of every other one that get
released open source. As for us, since our interest in OCC is motivated more by the open source issue than anything
else, by definition we're not interested in the extra libs.

If you're talking about patches to OCC itself, their user forums are the place to go (Jane, isn't that where you've
submitted our patches?) I think we've mostly had good success submitting patches to them, though not 100% (I think one
of the patches in our set for 6.5 was also in 6.3).
If you're talking about patches to CGM/OCC, you can either send them to us to incorporate, or if there are a lot of them
or they're more major, let's talk and we can potentially add you to the developer list and let you commit them directly.
Same goes to anybody else who might be listening and would be interested in helping us improve the OCC port.
