[cgma-dev] Get the latest CGM with cubit 10.2

The most recent CGM trunk to support compilation against Cubit 10.2 was r4774.  It would be useful to have a tag in SVN for that revision, as several users with older Cubit licenses have expressed interest in it.  I don't think r5026 will work with Cubit 10.2.
