Until a few seconds ago, CGM didn't even have a tags directory,
unfortunately.

That makes sense. I'm not totally sure how we want to handle this case,
since we're trying to match our version number to Cubit's, but this
should be sufficient for now.

Since it sounds like we're not really at "release candidate" level yet
(the wiki mentions that we still have some bugs to iron out), how about
we release 12.2.0b1 today, and then set the version to 12.2.0pre? I
think that best reflects the current state of CGM.
