Hello,

What is the command to apply the patch? 

Where do we have to be in the source code to apply it? 

I did not manage to build occ in my own space, so I am reluctant to apply it in the fathom build. 
I never applied a patch :(

read_cgm_test fails in moab, but meshkit tests work fine (so everything built parallel, occ, static)

So in my occ based build, test_occ fails in cgm, read_cgm_test fails on moab, Lasso test fails, but all meshkit tests pass

Lasso tests fails on cubit 12 based build too, that is the only error in that build.
