[cgma-dev] Bug in iGeom_subtract and friends?

The code for iGeom_subtract (and friends) has a strange difference in
how it behaves compared to the iMesh versions, namely that it will crash
if you pass in an uninitialized handle for the output. This doesn't
appear to be documented anywhere, and the comments for the functions
themselves seem fairly out-of-date. Is this a bug or an undocumented
feature? (Personally, I hope it's a bug.)
